The Danaids - National Gallery, Oslo
Pastel pencils on pastel paper. This is a work owned by the National Gallery which I draw on location there. I chose to select this image due to the story behind it. The Danaids were made to try to capture water in vessels for eternity. Their labor never done, as the vessels could not hold the water. This is what my life in Norway felt like for years, in terms of my creative work and my legal work.
