Norway's National Museum in Oslo
www.nasjonalmuseet.no
Centrally located in Oslo with some online information in English. The museum can permit drawing and/or photography upon special artist request, depending on the terms of the exhibition. You must inquire before entering, sign a pledge/release, wear an appropriate badge. And behave accordingly.

Munch Museum in Oslo
munchmuseet.no/en/
Not centrally located, but now in the process of moving to a new building nearer to Oslo's city center. Meaning it's a mess and I don't think you can visit for some time... Munch was very talented and productive, despite his ennui. The museum and special exhibits are generally very interesting and excellent.
